The project on Neuer Wall in Hamburg involved the construction of a modern office and commercial building adjacent to the Alsterfleet canal on one of the city's most important shopping streets. The southwestern end of Neuer Wall is currently undergoing significant redevelopment as an exclusive office and retail location. The design for the complete renovation and expansion to a total area of 5,000 m² is characterized by flexible functionality, thanks to which retail space and offices can be reinvented as needed. Stylistically, the building is characterized by hip understatement – typical of Hamburg. High-quality natural stone adorns not only the façade but also the foyer. In the office spaces, subtle color nuances and custom-made furniture harmonize in a coherent concept. The warm-looking leather wall paneling and the fireplace room create an extraordinary working atmosphere.
