The CONTOUR Office at Nymphenburger Straße 112 is therefore impressive thanks to its location and flexible, sustainable office design. The creative concept features a comprehensively modernized office complex that reinterprets the existing architecture while preserving the valuable elements of the existing building. With the exception of the access road to the underground car park, only the ground-floor extensions up to the ceiling of the basement will be removed. The three-story extension blends harmoniously and discreetly into the neighboring property to the east and, despite its optimal use of space, shows consideration for the surrounding buildings. The newly designed roof terraces of the main building offer users inviting lounge areas and provide a sweeping view over the Munich cityscape to the Alps.
