In Eschborn, in the immediate vicinity of the German Stock Exchange, a visionary business district is being created that combines the latest office requirements with the highest quality of life. The design of the 57,000 m² GFA ensemble includes five office towers, three of which are connected to each other, as well as a parking garage. Green spaces and water features, as well as restaurants, shops, and a wide range of services—including a fitness studio—will transform the area into a dynamic and open urban district. An attractive outdoor area concept, green roof terraces, and loggias for the office areas ensure a high quality of life. High-caliber architecture with an external impact meets intelligent, functional design of the ground floor and outdoor areas: light and transparency are paramount here.

"We have essentially created a small city within a city—that was the particular charm of this project."
