The former listed office building has been transformed into an attractive office and commercial building that retains the charm of the original structure while meeting the requirements of modern office environments. To achieve this, the façade was sensitively renovated, the glass roof above the imposing main staircase was enlarged in accordance with the historical plans from 1913, the roof covering was restored with copper, and the dormers on the courtyard side were replaced with large-format, horizontal "studio windows." Inside, the office floors were gutted and views in all directions were restored. The central staircase with its original tiles and Art Nouveau ornaments in the atrium serves as the entrance and communication axis for the entire building.
