Directly on Bahnhofsplatz in Munich's Pasing district, a building complex with a mix of 1-4 room apartments, retail space, and restaurants is being constructed as part of a restructuring project. The central location at the train station, opposite the Pasing Arkaden shopping center and at the start of the "Pasinger Rundlauf" shopping district, enables the development of this versatile project. The clear ensemble of three structurally related buildings with a private, sheltered inner courtyard is being implemented in independent construction phases. The diverse uses, including restaurants, create a lively neighborhood square. All buildings are designed with a classic perforated façade, but are differentiated by individual structures. The uniform use of a brick façade as the primary material unifies the ensemble. The project is the result of a successful expert evaluation process.
