The project was developed on the site of the former Derendorf freight station in Düsseldorf, in the new "Quartier Central" district. On the 6,820 m² plot, the seven-story office building "La Tête" forms the head and northern end of the development on Toulouser Allee. The highlight is a spacious sky garden with a view over Düsseldorf. The exciting façade, with its rhythmical interplay of white and black reminiscent of barcodes, features black bay windows and a free-standing staircase in the open courtyard as striking focal points. An informal meeting place for dialogue has been created here.

"The challenge was to develop a tension between a future machine that makes many things possible, but at the same time creates a place for creative people that is allowed to change again and again."
