The Freshfields House is located in the city center, close to the historic Hansa district, and its cubature is reminiscent of the traditional warehouses of the Hanseatic city. The eight-story new building offers 10,800 m² of office space and spacious retail areas on the ground floor. From the fifth floor upwards, the building steps back and blends harmoniously into its surroundings. Terraces and balconies on the south side and the spacious roof terrace lend it an inviting appearance. Light-colored columns, a slightly recessed grid of natural stone, and the glass plane behind it define the façade. This creates a varied play of shadows, which, together with the stepped design, structures the building. A spacious atrium as a reception area promotes communication and exchange.
