Numerous guests accepted the invitation from project developers Lang & Cie. and Wentz & Co to attend the topping-out ceremony for the new Deka location in Frankfurt Niederrad. In addition to representatives of the building owners and the future tenant Deka, City Councilor Mike Josef was also present. In his welcoming speech, Josef, who is the head of planning for the city of Frankfurt, emphasized: "This new construction project shows that the Lyoner Quartier already has a wonderful mix of uses and is extremely attractive for both residential construction and as an office location. After all, it is precisely this diversity of use that is one of the advantages of the location today. Not least because of its sustainable construction, this is an all-round successful project."
