On the central inner-city site, the existing property from 1969 was completely demolished and a new building with a U-shaped floor plan was constructed, with a green inner courtyard in the middle. The building offers space for offices on six upper floors and a penthouse floor, while the employees' vehicles can be parked in three basement floors. The bright and modern glass fiber reinforced concrete façade is characterized by floor-to-ceiling windows, and a two-story glass entrance hall leads visitors into the light-flooded foyer. The top floor has a spacious roof terrace with a view of the cathedral. The particular challenge of this project was to integrate the building harmoniously into its listed surroundings.
