Commission for DekaBank in Niederrad

Just under four months after the project started, the foundation stone was laid on January 30, 2020, at DekaBank's new location on Lyoner Straße in Frankfurt-Niederrad. holger meyer architektur is designing the new building with a gross floor area of around 67,000 m² for Lang & Cie. Real Estate AG. Partial completion is scheduled for the end of 2021. The second phase will then be completed in mid-2022.

Representatives from politics, business, and society gathered in the Lyoner Quartier for the laying of the foundation stone. In his speech, Mike Josef, Frankfurt's city planning officer, praised the architectural impetus, which is not at odds with the reorientation of the district formerly known as Niederrad Office City, which is to be transformed into a mixed-use area with a high proportion of residential properties. The client and users praised the rapid and smooth progress of the project and the good cooperation within the project team.
