URBN CBD is a pioneering office building in Frankfurt's vibrant banking district that combines architectural elegance with innovative sustainability. The redesign of the façade at Bethmannstraße 50-54 – bright, modern, and partially greened – sets new standards in urban space and actively contributes to improving the microclimate. Special attention is being paid to conserving resources: the extensive renovation of the existing building will save around 8,450 tons of CO2 compared to a new building. The consistent use of green energy and a highly efficient building services concept underline the innovative character of the project. Upon completion, URBN CBD will meet the requirements of the EU Taxonomy Regulation and will strive for certifications such as DGNB Gold, WiredScore, and SmartScore.
