First DGNB Diamond Award in Frankfurt for Morrow

The Morrow project in Frankfurt am Main is the first renovation project ever to receive the DGNB Diamond award in addition to the existing DGNB Platinum certificate. Following our renovation, the terrace house from the 1960s is now in its third life cycle. Thanks to the high-quality revitalization, the building, which was previously perceived as an eyesore, now blends elegantly into the urban landscape. Projects certified with DGNB (German Sustainable Building Council) Gold or Platinum receive this additional award to highlight outstanding design and architectural quality.
