The residential complex "New York – The Village" has been built in Düsseldorf's trendy Quartier Central district. Inspired by the lively neighborhoods of Lower Manhattan, its architecture picks up on stylistic elements such as heavily structured brick facades, striking window divisions, and fire escapes, and reinterprets them. Five buildings form an urban unit, each with its own personality, differing in clinker color, facade structure, and facade details. With its industrial look and the spacious loft character of the apartments, "New York – The Village" fits in with the lifestyle of the creative environment at the interface between the Gründerzeit district and the lifestyle neighborhood.
