In the heart of Frankfurt's banking district, on the site of the former Wilhelm-Leuschner-Straße theater parking garage, a high-rise building with open-plan space for approximately 800 employees and an underground parking garage with 142 parking spaces has been constructed for Bankhaus Metzler, Germany's second-oldest bank. The new building is one of two locations at the headquarters in Frankfurt am Main. The building consists of seven full floors and one staggered floor and is structured by a clearly structured façade made of high-quality natural stone and glass. A natural stone frame emphasizes the imposing entrance, which leads into a spacious two-story foyer.
