The new ›Haus Friesenplatz‹ shows how careful urban renewal can positively change the face of a metropolis. The new building, with its elegantly structured facades and light-filled windows, not only brings Friesenplatz closer to international boulevards, but also features a unique redesign of the inner courtyards into exclusive apartments in the heart of the city. In two construction phases, open spaces and green areas are being created where garages, storage rooms, and sealed surfaces once stood, creating a high-quality connection between the trendy Belgian Quarter and the Gerling Quarter. In total, the urban area will consist of three buildings with around 25,000 m2; a good 100 parking spaces will ease the traffic situation. In order to integrate the buildings optimally into the cityscape, the individual houses will have different design features and will reflect the language of modern metropolises.

"We are utilizing the potential within the city to optimally plan the available space. This brings more benefits and quality to the metropolis."
