In cooperation with Grassinger Emrich Architects from Munich, plans have been drawn up for a modern residential complex with underground parking for "EASY" on Paul-Gerhardt-Allee in the Pasing-Obermenzing district of Munich. A total of 305 apartments are being built on a site covering approximately 16,100 m². Spacious and clear floor plans offer space for different and changing lifestyle needs. A special feature is the unusual choice of materials: in contrast to the plaster facades commonly found in Munich, the new building is clad in high-quality clinker brick slips. The green and spacious inner courtyard, the green surroundings of the Pasing district, and the proximity to Nymphenburg Palace also create a new kind of quality of life.
