On August 10, 2020, the lease agreement for the new RMV headquarters in Hofheim was signed. holger meyer architektur is designing the new headquarters for 150 employees on behalf of Taunus Sparkasse. The Rhein-Main-Verkehrsverbund (RMV) is one of Germany's largest transport associations in a metropolitan area with a population of nearly 5 million and around 800 million passengers annually. Since its foundation in 1995, the RMV has been based in Hofheim am Taunus. The location is conveniently located in the center of the association's area, but also locally in Hofheim opposite the S-Bahn station, enabling employees to reach it quickly and easily by public transport. The new building is being constructed on a conversion site in the immediate vicinity of the existing administration building from the 1990s. The new building stands out clearly from the heterogeneous cityscape and presents itself as a modern, curved urban building block along the central thoroughfare.
