The office building stands alone at the entrance to the neighborhood, forming a striking urban prelude. The revitalization included a new internal structure and modernization of the outer shell based on current energy-saving concepts. The striking structure of the façade is created by two alternating elements in light-dark contrast: the white Alucobond façade stands as a tectonic framework in front of the dark glazing. The special quality of the façade is its cost-effectiveness despite its extreme contouring and plasticity. The core of the 50 x 22 m building was expanded in the middle and trimmed at the front and rear. It was proven that workplace efficiency in the building was increased by 30% through the optimization of the floor plan design.
