A key aspect was opening up the building in Frankfurt's Gutleut district to the city. This resulted in a generously proportioned foyer made of natural stone, light wood, and a two-story glass façade, with a newly positioned and invitingly designed main entrance. In addition, a catering unit was created for users and a publicly accessible ice cream café was set up to encourage dialogue with the outside world. After gutting the entire building structure, a modern training and conference center was created on the ground floor, with an atrium at its heart that can accommodate up to 250 people. The upper office floors are dominated by open-space architecture with high standards of technology, interior architecture, and design. A color concept also provides orientation: each wing was given its own key color, which is also reflected in the color selection of the furniture.
