The 800-meter-long boulevard of the new Le Flair district is dominated by the neighborhood square, which stands out visually as the centerpiece thanks to a ten-story landmark building. The geometric structure with dissolved corners emphasizes the verticality of the building. On the ground floor, a spacious commercial façade allows a view into a glass foyer, which has a special feature – it is also open to the public. Another offering provides new concepts for communal living: residents of the neighborhood can book rooms, such as guest apartments, at the "Servicepoint."

"The combination of public and private spaces enables a new living concept."
