Jack Wolfskin leases space in the revitalized M38

We are delighted with Jack Wolfskin's decision to move into their new premises at MERGENTHALER in Eschborn. It was a special challenge for us to transform the existing building, which dates from the 1980s, in such a way that it meets today's requirements for sustainability, efficiency, and quality of stay, while at the same time unleashing its architectural potential. A big thank you to WÖHR + BAUER for their trust and to everyone involved in the project for their excellent cooperation. We look forward to accompanying the further development of the MERGENTHALER.


With its focus on a holistic revitalization approach, sustainability, and innovation, the MERGENTHALER in Eschborn is a model for dealing with existing buildings. The use of geothermal energy means that the building can completely dispense with the use of fossil fuels.
