A four-story new building with eleven exclusive condominiums has been constructed directly on the banks of the Schwanenspiegel lake in Düsseldorf-Unterbilk. The building is visually divided into two houses by two different natural stone facades: sand-colored Trosselfels and light gray shell limestone meet here. A bay window extending over three floors, double-wing windows, and horizontal pilaster strips further structure the street-side façade. The ensemble blends perfectly into the historical context of the surrounding area thanks to the sensitive façade design. High-quality materials such as natural stone have also been used in the interior – Jura flooring adorns the stairwell. Each unit has a terrace, balcony, or garden and two underground parking spaces.
