The new multi-family residential building was constructed in the immediate vicinity of architectural cultural monuments in Frankfurt's Westend district, which dates back to the Wilhelminian era. Holger Meyer Architektur designed 13 high-quality condominiums on seven floors with a gross floor area of approximately 2,500 m².

A wide front garden area with green spaces leads to the building entrance and from there to the spacious and elegant staircase with elevator. The underground parking garage beneath the building is accessed via a ramp on the side of the building. Each apartment has at least one, but usually several, outdoor areas in the form of terraces or balconies. The ground floor apartments have spacious gardens and terraces facing the courtyard. The variable layout of the floor plans on the standard floors made it possible to take into account the different wishes of the buyers in terms of apartment size. On the seventh floor, there is a penthouse apartment that spans the entire width of the building.

The high-quality interior design of the apartments, with real wood parquet flooring and solid wood doors, is also reflected in the restrained design of the building in its surroundings: natural stone facades alternate with plastered surfaces, filigree steel railings, and wooden windows, giving the building its own unique architectural language.
