The former Commerzbank high-rise building is located at the intersection of Taunustor and Neue Mainzer Straße. As part of an extensive revitalization project, the "Global Tower" was created—the inconspicuous and technically outdated existing building was transformed into a modern office space. One challenge was the renovation of the listed facade, which had to retain its appearance while also meeting the latest technical requirements. Despite its modernization, the building remains true to the classic architecture of the 1960s and 1970s – a feature that underscores its unique character in this location. To open up the building, the multi-story foyer was moved to the corner of the building and the ground floor was converted for public use. The auditorium of Norman Foster's prominent neighboring building is also used – the Global Tower seeks dialogue with its surroundings.

"There is hardly any other city that is changing its face as quickly as Frankfurt. It is exciting to see what is happening here and how we can make a significant contribution to it."
