The urban design for the "Inbus Quarter" combines a sustainable, urban character with a generous and connecting open space concept. The proposed building structures reflect the perimeter block structure of the surrounding neighborhoods and integrate different typologies that allow for a flexible mix of uses. Inside the area, the development is complemented by detached and townhouses. A green belt runs through the quarter from north to south and interlinks with the adjacent residential structures.
