The further development of a location, its use, its design, and the careful handling of its genius loci is an even more challenging and sensitive task than new construction. Dealing with existing structures often leads to unexpected possibilities and solutions. Over time, we have gained a wealth of experience and learned a great deal. We have developed checklists for existing buildings and continue to refine them. We adapted our planning system to the tasks of revitalization and developed a differentiated fee structure for such tasks. The same mindset is evident time and again. Namely, to approach each project with the most sensible solution, to keep costs under control, and not to give up even when problems seem unsolvable. This motivation, this commitment, is what makes us special. We love revitalization projects, and with our new sustainability guide, we are sending a clear signal about our approach to sustainable construction in the past and in the future.
