A striking office tower from the 1960s was integrated into the Frankfurt-Westend district, which is characterized by Wilhelminian architecture. Thanks to a revitalization, the quality and uniqueness of the building have been preserved. On a plot of just under 1,600 m², the building has two basement floors and eleven upper floors, which are stepped back in length from the fourth floor upwards. The interior of the building, covering an area of almost 10,000 m², was completely gutted and reorganized, and the building services were rebuilt. A public restaurant area opens the building up to dialogue with its surroundings. The upper floors offer flexible office spaces, including roof terraces with workstations. The highlight is the view of the Frankfurt skyline. The façade was designed to match the surrounding buildings, with the structure divided into a base, tower, and terraces.
