The Peek & Cloppenburg department store on Zeil, Frankfurt's central shopping street, will be converted into a multifunctional property in the coming years while remaining open for business. Instead of a monolithic use, a flexible spatial structure will be created that combines shopping, working, leisure, gastronomy, sports, culture, living, and education.

Midstad Frankfurt is an example of contemporary urban development that revitalizes urban spaces through innovative architecture and adaptive usage concepts. The design focuses on permeability, variability, and sustainable construction to respond to the changing needs of city center visitors. Through an intelligent combination of functions and a well-thought-out design strategy, the building will become a lively, future-oriented urban building block that actively contributes to the transformation of Frankfurt's city center.

"The city of the future thrives on change and diversity – with Midstad Frankfurt, we are creating a dynamic place that combines architecture, function, and urban culture in a breathing, flexible space."
