Callwey Publishing Award | Hoch der Isar in Munich receives award

The residential construction project, together with Becken Development GmbH, has received the "Property of the Year 2024" award, which is presented annually by Callwey Verlag.
In a historic location in Munich, living is taking on a new quality: on the former site of the Paulaner brewery on Nockherberg in the Au-Haidhausen district, holger meyer architektur has designed a classic, timeless residential complex with a flexible mix of apartments. In order to meet the requirements of the apartment mix for all situations in life, many smaller residential units were created on the lower floors. The larger apartments are located on the upper floors. The attic apartments have spacious terraces. The entire quarter is built on top of an underground car park with 180 parking spaces, which are directly connected to the apartments via compact access cores. holger meyer architektur is also coordinating the overall planning of the 14,000 m² project.
