Schwedler Carré | Frankfurt
The competition entry for this expressive building ensemble marks the beginning of a new residential quarter. Up to 16 stories high, it will contain 237 apartments ranging from one-room apartments to spacious penthouses with roof gardens offering unique views of the skyline.

The characteristic architecture of the "Prisma" dominates the appearance of the office complex in Frankfurt-Niederrad. Adapted to the specific conditions on site, a raised building angle and a triangular climate shell above it combine to form a striking overall structure. Within this transparent shell, a protected, versatile interior space is created, connecting all levels of the building via free-standing elevators and walkways.
