Frankfurt's Westend district is known as a location for stately Wilhelminian-style villas. The site of the new building is located right in the middle of this district, at the intersection of Friedrichstraße and Wiesenau. As a corner building, it has a special significance in terms of its façade and cubature. The building is divided into two parts: the lower part takes on the eaves edge of its Wilhelminian-style neighbors on Friedrichstraße with an accentuated cornice, while the higher part of the building accentuates the exposed corner location. The design potential of natural stone allows for a contrast between smooth surfaces and cornices, balconies, and natural stone frames on the window reveals. Modern interpretations of the rich variety of forms found in the historic surroundings lend the new building its identity. Two townhouses and 15 condominiums above them are accessed from Friedrichstrasse via a spacious lobby.
