The Coeur Cologne office building gives Breslauer Platz, north of Cologne Central Station, the look of a modern, diverse city. The 5- to 7-story new building presents a calm, generously structured view of the city and blends harmoniously with the existing buildings. The main entrance blends into the elegant façade grid as a 4-story city window and continues as a glass-covered atrium in the depth of the building. Another city window allows views into a high-level, internal sky garden. These insights alone suggest that the 23,000 m² behind the tidy façade reveal a lively structure.

"A valuable urban building block that makes the rear of the station an eye-catcher."
