CONTOUR, Munich | Becken Development GmbH
CONTOUR in Munich is undergoing extensive revitalization and, once modernized, will offer modern, flexible office space with high sustainability standards. Green roof terraces, diverse communal areas, and modern building technology ensure a high quality of life. A total of approximately 5,100 m² of space on the third to fifth floors was fully leased to the auditing and consulting firm Baker Tilly at the beginning of 2026.
FRAMES, Frankfurt am Main | Indigo Invest Holding GmbH & Co.
KG FRAMES on Hanauer Landstraße in Frankfurt am Main is characterized by its striking, space-defining letterpress facade and high design standards. Designed by holger meyer architektur and built by GOLDBECK, the building features flexibly divisible spaces, a spacious lobby, green roof terraces, high-quality technical equipment, and spectacular views of the Frankfurt skyline. The 7,400 m² of office space was fully leased to the Dr. Beckmann Group in 2025.
Fürstenhof, Frankfurt am Main | MOMENI GROUP
The listed Fürstenhof building is being completely revitalized and will comprise around 13,170 m² of office space upon completion in 2027. Just twelve months after construction began, Allianz Global Investors was secured as the sole tenant. The project combines preserved building fabric with modern office space, innovative building technology, and a green extension with a sky garden. LEED Gold and WiredScore Platinum certifications underscore its sustainability and quality.
