The Sedelhöfe complex is located in the heart of Ulm, opposite the main railway station and right next to the pedestrian zone. It consists of four buildings that combine living, working, and retail space across 80,000 m². Retail spaces with generous window fronts characterize the lower floors. Three of the four buildings offer modern office space. On the upper level of the central building, 112 apartments have been created, grouped around a spacious garden landscape. The differently designed facades of the individual buildings, featuring natural stone or metal, visually reinforce the idea of a dynamic neighborhood. Integration into the city is of utmost importance: a central city square, open on all sides, provides access to various streets and represents the transition to the train station. The Sedelhöfe has created a lively urban space with a high quality of life.

Modernity on multiple levels: Sedelhöfe is becoming Ulm's new place of longing.
