With a three-part structure, the highest point of which is a 17-story high-rise, the design complements the residential high-rise opposite to form a gateway to the city center. The office high-rise is located directly on Europagarten, next to a six- and eight-story office building that can be connected to the high-rise if required. An eight-story hotel completes the complex. The rotation of the floor plans creates a sculptural cubature. The loggias thus created offer views of the skyline or the Taunus mountains, while the recessed foyer extends a welcoming gesture to the city. The building is symbolized by its shell, elegantly folded aluminum pilaster strips, which are executed in two variants to suit the different uses. The areas arranged around the core of the building can be designed variably for all office space concepts. The base floor offers special areas that contribute to the urban character of the new quarter with public uses.
