The building permit for the URBN CBD has been granted!

As one of the first special buildings in the digital building application process, the URBN CBD in Frankfurt/Main is granted a building permit.

We are pleased to announce that on December 5, 2024, the building permit was granted for URBN CBD – an innovative special construction project that we are developing in close collaboration with Thomas Wurm and the team at Lang & Cie. Real Estate AG. 

URBN CBD sets new standards in terms of sustainability: a partially green façade, living roofs, and spacious terraces make the building a future-oriented landmark in the heart of Frankfurt.
We are particularly proud that URBN CBD was one of the first special buildings to participate in the pilot project for digital building applications. The entire process with the Frankfurt building authority was extremely cooperative and efficient. Digital processing not only saved us valuable time, but also made the entire process resource- and environmentally friendly. 

With the building permit granted, we have taken a significant step in the development of this unique project. We look forward to the next stages of implementation!
