Holger Meyer Architektur is designing an office complex for Siemens AG in the Gateway Gardens at Frankfurt Airport on behalf of Goldbeck GmbH. The two office buildings will provide over 34,000 m² of leasable space for external tenants in addition to the Frankfurt Siemens branch. The architecturally sophisticated office building concept, planned on the basis of the Goldbeck building system standard, also had to meet Siemens' high technical standards for its own office space, which will also be available for the leased offices in this project.

Attractive offices offering a high degree of flexibility are being created on five floors. A spacious lobby, a bistro, and an experience restaurant are planned on the ground floor of the building complex, which will be available to all tenants. In addition, there will be a total of 325 parking spaces in underground garages. The new building is located in the immediate vicinity of the new Gateway Gardens S-Bahn station and is therefore well connected to public transport in the Rhine-Main area. The complex is aiming for LEED Gold and DGNB certification.

"Through our intensive collaboration with Goldbeck, we have learned that even in a standardized construction system, it is possible to create architecturally high-quality buildings with exciting spatial structures."
