Die Macherei – where the office and business world meets entrepreneurial spirit and lifestyle.
The new construction project is being built in the Berg am Laim district as an urban office and business quarter on the former site of the Temmler pharmaceutical company. The project developer, a joint venture between Art-Invest Real Estate and ACCUMULATA Real Estate, is planning six buildings on the 26,400 square meter site. The architecture is being designed by three internationally renowned architectural firms: holger meyer architektur, Frankfurt am Main, Hollwich Kushner, New York, USA, and OSA Ochs Schmidhuber, Munich. A common architectural language, characterized by rough materials, industrial style, and striking silhouettes, is reminiscent of the brickworks that were once located in the district and at the same time visually connects the diversity of the individual buildings.
