Your tasks

• Together with our project managers, you will be responsible for handling our demanding office, residential, and hotel construction projects.
• Your responsibilities will include quantity surveying and area calculation
• In your role, you will proactively coordinate specialist planners and other project participants
• The routine creation of digital 3D building models completes your area of responsibility. 

What we expect from you

• You attach great importance to the planning and implementation of construction projects with the highest design standards
• You have at least 2 years of professional experience in LPH 1-5
• You are very familiar with common regulations (DIN/EN, VOB, LBO)
• Knowledge of ArchiCAD 27 is an advantage
• Your working style is characterized by a high degree of initiative and a structured approach 
• Very good written and spoken German round off your profile
