We are looking for an experienced Project Manager (m/f/x) to lead residential construction projects of varying scale.


Your Responsibilities

 
  • You will lead the commercial planning and implementation of challenging projects across all project phases.
  • You will proactively coordinate specialist consultants and all relevant project stakeholders.
  • As a confident point of contact, you will support our clients throughout the entire project lifecycle.
  • You will manage schedules efficiently to ensure the achievement of project goals and milestones.
  • Through your leadership skills, you will enable your project team to successfully overcome challenges together.
  • You will represent our practice professionally and competently to clients and all other project stakeholders.

 

What We Expect from You

 
  • You are committed to planning and delivering construction projects to the highest design standards.
  • You have at least 5 years of professional experience working in LPH 1–5.
  • You are confident in applying relevant regulations (DIN/EN, VOB, LBO), including current sustainability standards such as ESG and certifications, and you possess a solid understanding of architectural law.
  • Experience with ArchiCAD 27 is a plus.
  • Your working style is proactive, structured, and well organized.
  • You demonstrate strong teamwork skills, interpersonal competence, and leadership qualities.
  • You have a confident manner and excellent communication skills.
  • You have very good written and spoken German and English skills.
