We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (m/f/x) to take the lead on major projects within a dynamic and committed team.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead the economic planning and implementation of major and complex projects across all project phases
• Proactively coordinate specialist consultants and other project stakeholders
• Act as a confident point of contact and support our clients throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure efficient scheduling to achieve project goals and milestones
• Provide leadership that empowers project teams to overcome challenges together
• Represent our practice professionally with expert clients and project partners

Your Profile

• You thrive on planning and executing complex construction projects with the highest design standards
• You have at least 7 years of professional experience in Leistungsphasen (phases) 1–5
• You are confident with relevant regulations (DIN/EN, VOB, LBO), including current sustainability standards (ESG) and certifications, with solid knowledge of architectural law
• Experience with ArchiCAD 27 is a plus
• Your working style is proactive, structured, and well-organized
• You demonstrate strong teamwork, interpersonal skills, and leadership qualities
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English (written and spoken)
