We are looking for you as an experienced project manager (m/f/x) for large-scale inner-city projects / building renovation / mixed use.


Your responsibilities

 
  • You will be responsible for the economic planning and implementation of challenging projects across all project phases.
  • In your role, you will proactively coordinate specialist planners and other project participants 
  • As a confident point of contact, you will support our clients throughout the entire project phase
  • Efficient scheduling is a matter of course for you in order to achieve the project goals
  • With your leadership skills, you will enable your project team to successfully master
    challenges together With your confident manner, you will competently represent our office to our expert clients and all other project participants

What we expect from you

 
  • You attach great importance to the planning and implementation of complex construction projects with the highest design standards
  • You have at least 7 years of professional experience in handling LPH 1-5 
  • You are confident in dealing with the relevant regulations (DIN/EN, VOB, LBO), in particular the current sustainability standards such as ESG and certifications, and you have a good knowledge of architectural law
  • Knowledge of ArchiCAD 27 is an advantage
  • Your working style is characterized by a high degree of initiative and a structured approach 
  • You are characterized by strong teamwork skills, social competence, and leadership qualities 
  • A confident manner, excellent communication skills, and legally compliant correspondence are a matter of course for you
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills round off your profile
