We are looking for you as an experienced project architect for implementation planning (m/f/x).

Your tasks

• Together with our project managers, you will be responsible for planning with a focus on service phase 5 for our demanding office, residential, and hotel construction projects.
• Your area of responsibility includes the development of execution details and work planning in compliance with legal and technical requirements
• In your role, you will proactively coordinate specialist planners and other project participants
• With your confident manner, you will competently represent our office to our expert clients and all other project participants

What we expect from you

• You attach great importance to the planning and implementation of construction projects with the highest design standards
• You have at least 3 years of professional experience in implementation planning
• You are confident in dealing with the relevant regulations (DIN/EN, VOB, LBO).
• Knowledge of ArchiCAD 27 is an advantage
• Your working style is characterized by a high degree of initiative and a structured approach 
• A confident manner and excellent communication skills are a matter of course for you
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills round off your profile
